What's Waratah CLT Association about?

WCLTA's Purpose is to devise, implement, and manage the development of the community land trust model (CLT) in Australia as a viable and exciting form of property tenure which facilitates housing

affordability, community stability, and sustainable community enterprise; 

and to promote, facilitate, and educate the public about the model and implementation process.

The core activities of the organization are:

• Community education and liaison
• Promote the benefits, functions and outcomes of CLT living models 
• Develop a strong membership base (people power)
• Educate and train interested groups and individual as to how to set up and implement the model
